We understand that sometimes things may not work out, so we’ve created a simple, transparent, and stress-free return and exchange process that ensures your experience is as smooth and empowering as your style.

🌿 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every UrbanovaStyle piece, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations:

  • Free returns for all eligible US orders (unworn or defective items).

  • For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are working to expand global free return options in the near future.

  • All items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and meet the following conditions:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • Undamaged

    • All original tags and packaging intact

Important Notes:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For health and hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned.

  • Clearance items, gifts with purchase, original shipping fees, and e-gift cards are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Every UrbanovaStyle piece is crafted with care and artistry—please handle items gently to ensure they can be returned if needed.

🛠 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps for a smooth and hassle-free process:

Step 1 – Prepare Your Items

  • Carefully fold and pack items in their original condition (unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with all tags attached).

  • Initiate your return within 7 days from the day you start the return process.

Step 2 – Contact Customer Support

  • Email us at support@urbanovastyle.shop with your order number, the items you wish to return, and a detailed reason for the return.

  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return label if applicable.

Step 3 – Package Your Return

  • Include the original packaging and receipt in your return package.

  • Securely attach the provided return label to the outside of your package.

Step 4 – Ship Your Return

  • Take the package to your local UPS, FedEx, or approved shipping provider.

  • Keep your tracking number to monitor the package until it reaches us.

Step 5 – Processing & Refunds

  • Once received, returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.

  • Please allow 3–5 extra business days for banking processing or international transactions.

  • Subsequent returns are the responsibility of the customer.

International:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

At UrbanovaStyle, we craft all pieces with the highest standards of quality, but occasionally, defects may occur. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.

Reporting Defective Items:

  • Please report any defective items within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Include a detailed description of the defect and clear photographs showing the issue.

Resolution Options:

  • Refund to your original payment method

  • Replacement item

  • Exchange for another item

  • Other suitable solution based on the situation

Defective items reported after 15 days cannot be processed. We aim to ensure all solutions are prompt and maintain the high-quality experience you expect from UrbanovaStyle.
